Fine-tuning

Fine-tuning is extra training that teaches an existing model a focused job, using a smaller set of examples.

Think of it like this: Fine-tuning is engine tuning: a mechanic adjusts the engine itself. Changing the prompt is only turning the steering wheel; the engine stays the same.
