Model router

Sketch: a request arrives at a front desk, is judged easy or hard, and goes to a quick desk or a pricier expert desk.

A model router is a small decision layer that picks which AI model should answer each request, balancing quality, speed and cost.

Think of it like this: It is the navigation system that chooses which engine to use for each trip.
